Since its foundation in 1947, STULZ has evolved into one of the world’s leading system suppliers of air conditioning technology. Since 1974 the company has undergone continuous expansion in Germany and abroad with the development, production, installation and service of precision air conditioning units, chillers and humidifying systems for IT data centers and telecommunications installations.


The STULZ service organization provides preventive and corrective services in the field of business critical air conditioning. These focus on mission critical cooling and air conditioning systems in the information and telecommunications (ICT) industry. Maintenance is performed by qualified STULZ employees. Together with partner companies, we guarantee perfect system power supplies and take care of other mission critical infrastructures.

One central emergency number and automatic emergency call systems ensure speedy assistance in the event of problems. Our emergency callout technicians are available around the clock 365 days a year, and STULZ service engineers will be on site to deal with mission critical  failures and problems within four hours at the latest.  In addition, you can sign a contract for individual emergency response times, which are tailor-made for your company's particular requirements.

As part of measures to prevent sabotage in the economy by personnel, introduced by the German Ministry for the Economy and Technology, our service employees have been checked in accordance with the German Security Clearance Law (SÜG), and can be deployed where security is a sensitive issue under the terms of the German Security Clearance Act (SÜFV).

    The STULZ service

    The STULZ service organization's main focus is on providing services for business critical air conditioning for customers in the information and telecommunications (ICT) sector. STULZ can look back on decades of service experience in this area of business. All our engineers receive regular training on STULZ and third-party products, both at the company headquarters in Hamburg and in the subsidiaries, plus advanced training in external courses. New service employees undergo extensive induction, and internal training courses thoroughly prepare them for their respective tasks and associated responsibility.
